Sumaya Rashid

Sumaya Rashid is the lead consultant of CnES Foundation. She has extensive experience in diverse sector since 2006,of which 08 years in Consulting. She has been successful leader in international and national assignments for Corporate & NGOs. Reputed global, regional and local companies have recognized her expertise in business and organizational strategy & structure. Sumaya conducted International assignment as Advisor to develop HR Policy Manual and implementation support to an Automotive Component Giant in India. She is also working in the field of policy advocacy and guideline on CSR & Green Banking for couple of Banks in Bangladesh.

Sumaya Rashid is working as Country Director at SR Asia Bangladesh. She worked at StratBiz Consulting as Chief Adviser & Human Resource Development Consultant. She also worked at FM Plastic Industries Ltd., AHZ Agro Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., HRD JobStreet.com Bangladesh, Ed-aid International etc.

She holds Masters of Business Administration and Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management.

Ali Omar Hussein

Ali Omar Hussein is one of the consultant of CnES Foundation. He has over 30 years of experiences in both the public sector and the United Nations (UN). Ali Hussein has with UNICEF and has served UNICEF in Somalia, Malawi, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and South Sudan. He carries with him a reach experience through his carrier with both the public sector in Somalia and UNICEF global. Ali Hussein had been working as Finance Manager of UNICEF prior his retirement. During his tenure with the Somali government, he has served for the internal auditing of the Somali government.

He has a bachelor degree in business from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and holds EMBA in Finance and Banking from BRAC University.


Mohammad Arifur Rahman
Organizing Secretary

Mohammad Arifur Rahman is one of the consultants of CnES Foundation. He is a recognized professional with over 20 years of experiences in Social Development, Autism, Nutrition, and Public Health. He has expertise and research on ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). He contributed to a numbers of international conferences as a speaker and keynote speaker at USA, Canada and Bangladesh about Autism Challenges in Developing Countries. Rahman is the resource person at IER, University of Dhaka, Chairman at Hello Health Consultancy Ltd., Director at Boragari Intellectual Disability and Autism School, Managing Director at BABUE, Chairperson at Nutrition and Autism Research Center.

Rahman holds Master of Public Health from DIU, and Master of Science (Zoology-Fisheries) Jagannath University, Bangladesh.

Md. Humayun Kabir

Md. Humayun Kabir is the consultant of CnES Foundation. He has over 30 (thirty) years of professional experiences working with International and National NGOs. In his career, He has worked extensively with organization development (OD), program development, project proposal design, program implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation. In different capacities during his professional lifespan, he acquired an in-depth understanding of child protection, child rights, gender equality, women development, disability inclusion, education, healthcare, WASH, food security, livelihood and emergency response program.

Kabir worked as Deputy Executive Director at RISDA- Bangladesh, as Chief Executive Officer at Rights and Sight for Children, as Coordinator-Education & Health at Rishilpi Development Project, as Programme Manager-Education & Social Development at Terre des Hommes Netherlands in Bangladesh Kabir holds Bachelor and Masters of Arts in English from Dhaka University, Bangladesh.
